How long does a basement renovation take?
Most basement renovations take between 3 and 6 weeks depending on the size, whether a bathroom is included, and how much custom work is involved. After we see the space, we give you a realistic timeline in writing.
How much does a renovation cost in Milton?
Every project is different, but most of the renovation projects we take on fall in the $10k to $25k range, with larger kitchen, bathroom and full-home projects above that. We provide a free written quote so you know exactly where you stand before any work begins.
Do I need a permit for my renovation?
It depends on the work. Structural changes, plumbing and electrical work often require permits, and legal secondary suites always do. We will tell you honestly what your project needs and coordinate the process with you.
